When maintaining and replacing the compressor set of the refrigerated display cabinet, pay attention to pouring out the internal oil, dry the refrigerating oil, and add it into the compressor set when the oil is 75℃, and increase or decrease according to the standard amount. The return air port and process port are closed, and the exhaust air port is open. After the compressor unit has been running for a while, the residual water in the compressor unit will evaporate naturally, and the assembly will be completed quickly.

Three. Pipeline problems of refrigeration circulation system:

Replace the damaged pipes and welding leakage points, and make loose connector again and tighten it to ensure no leakage in high-pressure detection of pipelines.

Four. Oil replacement of frozen display cabinet machine:

When maintaining and replacing the machine oil of the refrigerated display cabinet, the refrigerating oil shall be heated to 100℃ and maintained at a constant temperature for a period of time. It shall be replaced after the residual water of the refrigerating oil evaporates completely to prevent ice blocking. Do not open fire when heating oil, and do it in a well-ventilated environment.

Five. maintenance measures:

If the maintenance time of the refrigeration circulation system is too long, seal or seal the parts that are not under maintenance. It is forbidden to carry out maintenance in rainy weather.
